BACKORDER

 

Thank you for placing an order with us, we would like to thank you for choosing our backorder products, and be willing to wait on the order. As we are a small local business, we do not keep stocks for all of the items we sell but we are definitely proud of all of the products we have brought into The Happy Place SG.

 

If you had just ordered a backorder product, do note even if your order is not shown in the above list, it has been automatically processed. They are expected to arrive in 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase. Upon arrival, you will be notified by text/email and we will arrange with you a time and date to deliver your order. We are anticipating a slight delay for most of our orders during the year-end peak season. We seek your understanding and patience on this as we expedite the process to shorten waiting times.

LOCAL COURIER DELIVERY

​

If you had opted for these courier services, please be reassured that we will be sending your orders right to your doorstep. We will send you a WhatsApp message or an email 1-2 days before the actual delivery date to ensure that you have someone at the address to collect your order. In view of the covid situation, we will also be doing the local delivery with contactless delivery option available. Goods will only be delivered from 9 am - 6 pm and 8 pm - 10 pm. Two slots of timing are available to ensure smooth and convenient delivery for our customers.

SINGPOST (SINGAPORE POST) POSTAL SERVICE

We do offer Singpost postage delivery throughout Singapore at a fixed rate of $3 on orders with 1-2 small-sized items. "Small-sized items" refers to items that can fit into the regular-sized letterbox under residential buildings. We will do our best to send out all standard orders within 2-3 business days. Express orders will be sent out within 1-2 business days.

Due to the current covid situation, the usual Singpost delivery time might be extended to 3-5 business days instead of 2-3 business days.

SELF PICK UP

​

At zero cost, we can have your order ready to be collected from our place at Joo Chiat. (Central Singapore). After placing your order, do allow some time for us to get back to you on the details. Alternatively, you may also contact us at thehappyplacesg@gmail.com or +65 90173336 to arrange a self-pick-up. We are extremely flexible on the time and date of self-pick-up, so feel free to give us a text to arrange one!
