If you had opted for this courier service, please be reassured that this is a doorstep delivery service. To avoid the situation where no one is home to receive the parcel,  we will send you a WhatsApp message or an email 1-2 days before the actual delivery date to ensure that you have someone at the address to collect your order. To ensure this runs smoothly, do provide accurate contact details during checkout. 


In view of the covid situation, we will also be doing the local delivery with a contactless delivery option available. Orders will usually be delivered during two-time slots: 11 am - 5.30 pm and 8 pm - 10 pm. The two-time slots are made available to ensure smooth and convenient 

delivery for our customers.

From Dec 2020, we are offering complimentary local delivery throughout Singapore (excluding Tuas and Sentosa) with orders above $100.


We do offer SingPost postage delivery throughout Singapore at a flat rate of $3 on orders with 1-2 small-sized items. "Small-sized items" refer to item(s) that fit into the regular-sized letterbox under residential buildings. We will do our best to send out all standard orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).  Express orders will be sent out within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

Due to the current covid situation, the usual SingPost delivery time might be extended to 3-5 business days instead of 2-3 business days. 


At zero cost, we can have your order ready to be collected from our place at Joo Chiat (Central Singapore). Please give us 2-3 business days to process and pack your order. Alternatively, you may also contact us at or +65 9735 4188 to arrange a self pick up. We are extremely flexible on the time and date of self-pickup, so feel free to give us a text to arrange one!


Shipping fees will cost about SGD 20 - 60 depending on the weight.

All international deliveries are fully tracked and we'll email you a link with your tracking information once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse.


With effect from 22 December 2020, we will only offer an exchange or credit for purchases that are wrongly sent, in terms of size (dimensions) or color, however, please help us to ensure the following: 

The item is returned within 14 days of purchase

The item is in original condition and the packaging

The item is not damaged, used, or altered

We placed a high priority on order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. In the event that the item is damaged or in poor condition, please email us at and we will arrange a replacement.
