LOCAL COURIER DELIVERY
If you had opted for this courier service, please be reassured that this is a doorstep delivery service. To avoid the situation where no one is home to receive the parcel, we will send you a WhatsApp message or an email 1-2 days before the actual delivery date to ensure that you have someone at the address to collect your order. To ensure this runs smoothly, do provide accurate contact details during checkout.
In light of the current Covid-19 situation, our warehouse team is also working with lesser manpower than usual, hence deliveries between June - Current may take more than a week longer than usual to arrive due to this peak period.
To thank you for your kind patience on your orders, we are offering complimentary local delivery throughout Singapore (excluding Tuas and Sentosa) with orders above $100.
SINGPOST POSTAL SERVICE
We do offer SingPost postage delivery throughout Singapore at a flat rate of $3 on orders with 1-2 small-sized items. "Small-sized items" refer to item(s) that fit into the regular-sized letterbox under residential buildings. We will do our best to send out all standard orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Express orders will be sent out within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
In light of the current Covid-19 government regulations, the regular SingPost delivery time might be extended to 3-5 business days instead of 2-3 business days.
SELF PICK UP
At no additional cost, we can have your order ready to be collected from our place at Joo Chiat (Central Singapore). Please give us 2-3 business days to process and pack your order. Alternatively, you may also contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or +65 9735 4188 to arrange a self-pick-up. We are extremely flexible on the time and date of self-pickup, so feel free to give us a text to arrange one!

Shipping fees will cost about SGD 20 - 60 depending on the weight.
Please email us at email@example.com to order. All international deliveries are fully tracked and we'll email you a link with your tracking information once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse.
With effect from 22 December 2020, we will only offer an exchange or credit for purchases that were wrongly delivered, in terms of size (dimensions) or color, however, please help us to ensure the following:
The item is returned within 14 days of purchase
The item is in original condition and the packaging
The item is not damaged, used, or altered
We placed a high priority on order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. In the event that the item is damaged or in poor condition, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a replacement.
